Preliminary Preparation:

functionality to level sufficient for performing tasks listed below.
Expected Uses:
Placement in every toilet at NERV HQ with sufficient ability
to perform repeated acts of fellatio on the male staff. Including servicing multiple penises
simultaneously and swallowing repeated loads of semen daily. Must also be able to swallow urine without
inhibition if forced to do so. Is not
intended to be used for any other sexual activity but any staff attempting anal
or vaginal sex acts should not be disciplined.
Plan Purpose:
Encourage the degradation of Rei Ayanami in order to
emphasize the expendability of the unit during any NERV tactical or defense
operations. Prevent staff from forming
emotional attachments to any and all Rei Ayanami iterations and promote the
view that she is disposable, a "sex doll" and meant for use as any
other tool would be for any purpose whatsoever.
